You can handle many different file formats with one program. CLC Sequence Viewer is very versatile when it comes to importing and exporting both data and graphics files. To name a few, you can export graphics as PNG, PDF, or EPS format, you can import data from Vector NTI, CLUSTAL W, or DNA Strider, and among others GenBank, Fasta, Swiss-Prot, UniProt and EMBL formats are supported for both import and export.
